The founder of Krusheka, Tanmay Khuntia, is a barefoot academician dedicated to bridging knowledge with practice. He strongly believes in applying teaching to real-life challenges and guiding young minds to think beyond conventional boundaries. With a vision for a more sustainable world, he focuses on strengthening Odisha’s food and agricultural sector by promoting sustainable farming practices and improving the livelihoods of small and marginal farmers.

An agro-entrepreneur, researcher, and trainer, Tanmay brings together academic insight and grassroots experience. His deep concern for the problems faced by farmers motivated him to take initiative and work as a catalyst for positive change, aiming to empower farmers, entrepreneurs, and students alike.
